Each workout challenge is divided into 3 levels.
Complete only level 1, you have a 25% chance of survival.
Complete levels 1 & 2, you have a 50% chance of survival.
Complete all levels, you have a 75% chance of survival.
The workouts get more difficult as you progress from one level to the next.
The Zombie Survival Workout Challenge is programmed to test your entire body to look for your weaknesses.
